The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Solar System Calculator (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information.
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no login, and no registration.
The only data the App stores are the choices you make while using it — the appliances and
quantities you select, any wattage values you edit, and your chosen inverter, solar plate,
and battery-backup options. This information is saved locally on your device
using your browser’s localStorage so the App can remember your setup the next
time you open it. This locally stored data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to
us or any third party, is not accessible to us, and contains no personal or identifying
information.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage (beyond its own local settings), or any other sensitive device feature.
The App does not use cookies and does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising networks. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
If you use the App through a web link rather than an installed app, the web hosting provider that serves the page may automatically record standard technical log information (such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access), as is normal for any website. These logs are used only for basic security and operation and are not used by us to identify or track you.
Because your settings are stored only on your device, you are in full control of them. You can delete this data at any time by using the Reset option in the App, clearing your browser’s site data / app storage, or uninstalling the App.
The App is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Any data the App stores resides solely on your device and is fully under your control as described in Section 7.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
